Course description

This course introduces students to the interconnected challenges of inclusion, diversity, sustainability, and green action. It combines social, environmental, ethical, and business perspectives to help learners understand how inclusive societies and sustainable transitions can be developed together. The course begins with foundational concepts such as diversity, inclusivity, emotional intelligence, inclusive language, and social responsibility. It then moves into environmental sustainability, planetary boundaries, SDGs, carbon footprint, green skills, circular economy, greenwashing, knowledge management, and green business model development.

The curriculum is designed as a multidisciplinary and practice-oriented learning pathway. It supports students in connecting theory with real-world cases, developing critical thinking, and applying practical tools to personal, organisational, and societal challenges. The course is suitable for higher education students, early-career professionals, educators, and stakeholders interested in inclusive and sustainable transformation.
